Background on the Clash Ecosystem

Clash began as an open-source rule-based proxy core written in Go. After the original repository was archived, the community fork Clash Meta took over maintenance, adding new protocols and features, and later renamed itself mihomo to continue development independently. Clients you'll hear about today — Clash Verge Rev, FlClash, Clash Plus, and others — are essentially graphical wrappers built around the mihomo core, sharing a common configuration file format. All tutorials and manuals on this site are written against mihomo core behavior.

Content Maintenance Principles

  • Download links point only to official release channels or app store pages for each client. Sources are checked individually before inclusion, and dead links are cleaned up periodically.
  • Tutorials and troubleshooting steps are verified on real devices before publishing. Configuration field syntax is checked against current mihomo documentation.
  • Content may occasionally be incomplete or outdated. If a step doesn't match what you see, check the FAQ and troubleshooting manual for updated guidance.
